6- MARKET APPLICATIONS: The implementation of these systems into the nanotechnological<br />

accomplishment systems supply the premises of an infrastructure that enables the transition from laboratory<br />

achievements to industrial production, with a rigorous control in each point of the production process.<br />

The model thus devised will be employable with accuracy measurements and with the calibration of other ultraaccurate<br />

integrated systems in the metrological processes of micro sensors and transducers.<br />

7- TIPE OF COLABORATION SOUGH<br />

Colaboration for the identification of the target fields for the assessment of priorities and the implementation of<br />

nanometrology in organised nanosystems:<br />

-Precisely establishing issues in the target field of semi-conducting devices and microelectronic circuits, where<br />

implementation of nanometrology is needed.<br />

-Highlighting the needs and finding out solutions for the implementation of nanometrology in the field of<br />

optoelectronic devices, in microoptics and microphotonics.<br />

-Establishing issues in the nanotechnology of microprocessed circuits for waves which require the<br />

implementation of certain nanometric control systems<br />

-Establishing issues where the implementation of nanometrology is necessary and applicable with the industrial<br />

devising of nanostructured materials.<br />

- Implementation of microsensors in the manufacture technology and on verifying and standardizing ultraaccurate<br />

transducers<br />

8- PARTNER PROFILE:<br />

INCDMF is interested in a project aiming to the creation of an European Network of Excellence in the<br />

perspective of restructuring the domain of the ultrahigh precision dimensional measurement, so that sector works<br />

more efficiently, shares resources and eliminates duplication of activities.<br />

We are also interested in defining a Joint Programme of Activities aiming to the creation of new specific<br />

standards, methods, calibration and industrial applications.<br />

We have a particular interest in ultrahigh precision with LASER measurentments: limits, methods, new solutions.<br />
