DESCRIPTION: Transmission electron microscopy (also at atomic level), elemental mapping, X-ray<br />
diffractometry, spectroscopic ellipsometry, Makyoh topography for wafer characterisation, focussed ion beam,<br />
STM/AFM<br />
MAIN ADVANTADGES / BENEFITS: short turnaround time<br />
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS: transmission electron microscopy with the resolution of 0.<strong>17</strong> nm, elemental<br />
mapping with the resolution of a few nm, X-ray analysis with position sensitive sensors, scanning microscopy with<br />
a resolution of 2 nm<br />
