PETITION FOR TRUE-UP OF FY 2004 TO FY 2011-12 &MYT PETITION FOR THE CONTROL PERIOD FY 2013-14 TO FY 2015-166. PRAYERThe Petitioner respectfully prays the Hon‟ble Commission to:a. Condone delay in filing of this petitionb. Admit this Petitionc. Grant an expeditious hearing of the Petitiond. Allow final true-up of expenses for the financial years 2004-05 to 2010-11 based on the auditedaccounts for various heads of expenditures and as per the rationale given in this Petitione. Allow provisional true-up of ARR for FY 2011-12 based on the annual accounts certified by thestatutory auditorf. Allow carrying cost on the final trued up amount as per the computations and rates provided bythe Petitioner.g. Approve appropriate methodology for recovery of the total revenue gap along with carrying costas determined in the true-up.h. Approve Review of Aggregate Revenue Requirement for FY 2012-13i. Approve the Annual Revenue Requirement for the Control Period FY 2013-14 to FY 2015-16 forthe intra-state transmission network as detailed in this petition.j. Approve the ARR for Uttarakhand Integrated Transmission Project for the period FY 2013-14 toFY 2015-16 as determined in this petition for recovery of charges from generators utilizing intrastatelines for inter-state sale of energy.k. Permit recovery of expenses understated/ not considered in this Petition subsequent to thesubmission of this petition.l.
