To make <strong>the</strong> drill even harder, drop very quickly once you have flipped <strong>the</strong> kettlebell and let it fall<br />

into your hands from a couple of feet.<br />

The legs and lungs workout is expected. What will surprise you is how hard your abs will have<br />

to work.<br />
