Push <strong>the</strong> kettlebell away with your left palm, and repeat <strong>the</strong> drill in <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r direction: swing <strong>the</strong><br />
kettlebell behind you to your left with your right hand; pass to <strong>the</strong> left hand behind you; and come<br />
around <strong>the</strong> body clockwise.<br />
It may take you a few tries to get <strong>the</strong> hang of this drill, but it is worth it.<br />
