Switch hands behind your back, and swing <strong>the</strong> kettlebell with your right –don’t forget to drive<br />
with your hips! –in a counterclockwise arc up and around your body.<br />
By now you have pressed your left arm against your ribs, and your left palm is open and waiting<br />
for <strong>the</strong> kettlebell.<br />
