And it didn’t cost our donorsone extra cent.Many companies sponsor matching gift programsthat amplify the impact of their employees’ personalcontributions without increasing the obligation of theindividual donor. Most participating companies willmatch employee gifts dollar for dollar, and some willeven double- or triple-match a gift.Arrange a Match. It’s Easy.Depending upon your employer’s policy, matching giftscan typically be arranged in one of the following ways:1.
