The lower return rate can indicate greater outdoor <strong>water</strong> use or loss <strong>and</strong> thehigher return rates can imply <strong>water</strong> inflow <strong>and</strong> infiltration. Normally, averagereturn rates vary from about 60% - 80%. The return rate determined from thesurvey information provided was an average of 68%.
