Production provision:The maximum permitted production for a tract of l<strong>and</strong> shall not exceed a total of one(1) acre/foot f <strong>water</strong> per acre of l<strong>and</strong> owner per year form the Carrizo aquifer orcombination of the allowable production from the Queen City <strong>and</strong> Sparta <strong>and</strong> Carrizoaquifers. Production from the Queen City Aquifer shall be one (1) acre/foot per year<strong>and</strong> shall be considered part of the one (1) acre/foot total production allowed on anytract of l<strong>and</strong>. Production from the Sparta aquifer shall be on half (1/2) acre/foot peryear <strong>and</strong> shall be considered part of the one (1) acre/foot total production allowed onany tract of l<strong>and</strong>. Production from the Wilcox aquifer shall be one (1) acre/foot peryear <strong>and</strong> may in addition to any other production permitted for any tract of l<strong>and</strong>.Production is allowed to exceed the permitted capacity by 25% in any averagemonthly reporting period. The actual calendar year production beginning on January1 st <strong>and</strong> ending on December 31 st may not exceed the permitted pumping capacity forthat year. Wells previously permitted to produce at a higher rate shall be reduced tothe rate stated in this rule beginning with permits scheduled to be reissued in 2010<strong>and</strong> all permits therein after shall be reissued at this rate.Rule 10 – The Rate of Decline in the confined Portion or Outcrop or any Aquifer
