14.5 Impairment LocationsThrough SELECT modeling in the Plum Creek WPP, subwatersheds wereidentified that have the greatest potential to contribute specific pollutantparameters. For example, in Exhibit 14-1 E.coli was identified to have thepotential to contribute the specified amounts in Billions of CFUs in the delineatedwatersheds. The E.coli loads were based on average bacteria production rates andthe concentration of a source within a subwatershed.
