14.5 Impairment LocationsThrough SELECT modeling in the Plum Creek WPP, subwatersheds wereidentified that have the greatest potential to contribute specific pollutantparameters. For example, in Exhibit 14-1 E.coli was identified to have thepotential to contribute the specified amounts in Billions of CFUs in the delineatedwatersheds. The E.coli loads were based on average bacteria production rates andthe concentration of a source within a subwatershed. The exhibit is taken from thePlum Creek WPP and illustrates one of many parameters analyzed for DailyPotential Loads.Exhibit 14-1Total Average Daily Potential E.coli LoadSource: Plum Creek Watershed Protection PlanKlotz Associates Project No. 0972.000.000January 201014-5Caldwell County Regional Water and Wastewater Planning StudyFinal Report
