You canmonitor activity in the queue using the Callhome Queue Stats command. You canalso clear the queue of email messages using the Callhome Queue Clearcommand.There are three email message formats: full text, short text, and Tsc1. The full-textformat contains the switch and event information, plus the contact informationfrom the Call Home profile and SNMP configurations.
