The Call Home service configurationconsists of primary and secondary SMTP server specifications and contactinformation. Refer to Configuring the Call Home Service.• Configure the Call Home database The Call Home database consists of upto 25 Call Home profiles. Each profile defines the following: Event severity levels (Alarm, Critical, Warn) that will initiate an emailmessage Email message format and subject Email recipientsMultiple profiles make it possible to notify different audiences based on anycombination of event severity, message format (short or full), or messagelength. You configure profiles using the Profile command within a CallhomeEdit session.
