FUTURE LEADERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMThe Future Leaders Development Program is a professional development program for Senior OfficerGrade A’s and B’s (SOGAs and SOGBs). The Program aims to equip SOGAs and Bs as the next leadersof the ACT Public Service by enhancing leadership skills and building capability and capacity acrossthe Service. CostsThe Program runs on a cost recovery basis from Directorates. The costs are:ItemCostProgram Delivery $2448.00Coaching (2 x optional sessions) $700.00Total costs if coaching utilized $3148.00Note: Chief Minister and Cabinet Directorate will bill your Directorate for the costs at the commencement of the program.All program development and administration costs are met by CMCD.CancellationsTo ensure the program’s success, it is vital that all participants attend all program sessions. Ifparticipants withdraw from the program, the relevant Directorate will still be charged. It may be possibleto arrange a substitute if the withdrawal happens before the program commences.
