The Cadwell Easy ® Ambulatory 2 EEGsystem –The next generation in ambulatoryEEG recording from Cadwell Labs. With John Cadwell’s innovation of the first micro-processorcontrolledEMG instrument in 1979, Cadwell Labs headeddown the path of becoming a designing and manufacturingforce in the neurodiagnostic industry. In the late 1980s thedemand for instrumentation to be smaller in size and weightled to further developments that revolutionized the industry.Today, by using powerful, off the shelf computersneurodiagnostic systems are more portable than ever before. The Easy Ambulatory 2 is designed to follow this trend andcreate a system with the highest level of patient comfort todate. Designed from the ground up and utilizing microtechnology the Cadwell Ambulatory 2 EEG system isunequalled in size, weight, capability and accuracy.Collect full EEG data–anywhere, anytime–The Easy Ambulatory 2 allows full EEG data acquisition outsideof the traditional EEG laboratory. The Easy Ambulatory 2 EEGsystem not only continuously collects data for extendedperiods of time, it allows you to perform longer term studiesover multiple days in a cost effective manner. All the components you need–The Easy Ambulatory 2 system includes arecorder with pouch, amplifier withpouch, C or D cell battery pack, andaccessories. The recorder uses compactflash memory cards to store EEG data.Cadwell has developed an exclusiveEasyNet (patent pending)communications method that connectsthe various components of the system toeach other. The EEG amplifier iscompletely self-contained, with all activecomponents inside the amplifier case.Event Recording–made Easy!During data collection, a microphone isavailable for the patient to record voiceevents that are saved and timesynchronized with EEG data. The patientcan also press an event button on therecorder as needed during the datacollection process.

Extended Recording Times–Using standard C-cell alkaline batteries, the Easy Ambulatory 2recorder can collect data for up to 24 hours. With the optional D-cellbattery pack, the recorder can collect more than 48 hours ofcontinuous EEG data without changing batteries.High Quality Clean Data–The Easy Ambulatory 2 amplifier is designed to collect high qualityand accurate EEG signals. The sampling rate of 3200Hz is among thehighest in the industry. The amplifier provides 21 EEG inputs, 2 groundinputs and 2 standard Active/Reference input pairs.Optimal Patient Comfort–Cadwell realizes that your patients will be more comfortable if theambulatory system is small and unobtrusive, with lightweight cables. The combined weight of the recorder, pouch, amplifier and two C-cellbatteries weighs just 1.1 lbs. Additionally, with our exclusivelightweight EasyNet cables, the patient barely notices that they arewearing the system at all.Innovations from a stable company–With Cadwell’s Easy Ambulatory 2 system you will have one of themost highly advanced ambulatory neurodiagnostic systems available. And with 25 years of experience designing and manufacturingneurodiagnostic systems (in our Kennewick, Washington facility), youknow that the future is solid – John and Carl Cadwell put their namebehind everything we make and sell.Complete Easy Ambulatory 2System components:A) Recorder pouchB) Amplifier pouchC) Easy Net ® cableD) Recording electrodesE) AmplifierF) RecorderG)Large limb strapsH) Small chest strapI) Medium chest strapJ) Small limb strapsK) Large chest strapL) Voice microphone(Not shown)
