Thatis when the name <strong>Sudoku</strong> was originated.In 2005, Felgenhauer and Jarvis proved that there are6,670,903,752,021,072,936,960 <strong>Sudoku</strong> boards. Russell and Jarvisproved that there are 5,472,730,538 essentially different boards.
