FACULTY OF INSTRUMENTS
5-YEAR GRADUATE STUDIES,
3-YEAR UNDERGRADUATE STUDIES
AND POSTGRADUATE MASTERCOURSE
STUDIES
The programme is designed to prepare instrumentalists
for virtuoso concerts, chamber
and orchestra activities, and for the teaching
in music schools. Graduates acquire skills of
marketing and cultural animation. The Faculty
of Instruments is the only institution in Poland
which offers studies of artistic violin-making
(construction and maintenance of instruments).
Students earn the Master of Art degree.
KEYBORD INSTRUMENTS
5-YEAR GRADUATE STUDIES
The programme is designed to prepare students
for artistic solo, chamber, accompaniment
and pedagogical activities. M.A. thesis is
two-partite. It consists of an artistic part (preparing
and performing two recitals) and a diploma
written paper connected with the major
of studies.
Students earn the Master of Art degree in a
given instrument.
ORCHESTRAL INSTRUMENTS
5-YEAR GRADUATE STUDIES
The programme is designed to prepare students
for fulfilling different artistic functions: a
soloist, a chamber musician, or a performer in a
symphony orchestra and chamber ensembles,
as well as for fulfilling pedagogical functions.
