These interventionsare evidence based and are delivered in line with clinical <strong>guide</strong>lines. We actively involve patients,their carers and families in treatment. As an integral part of the local drug and alcohol treatmentsystem, our role is also to mainstream more stable patients into Primary Care and other treatmentagencies. We do joint working with other treatment providers using integrated care pathways toprovide a seamless service <strong>for</strong> patients. Our key partners include: GPs; Community Alcohol/DrugTeams; In-patient and residential detoxification services; Residential Rehabilitation services; MentalHealth services; Safeguarding children services; Criminal Justice services.
