WF2-NSF WASHDOWN DRIVE SETS THE STANDARDDesigned specifically for survival in chemical-laden washdownenvironments, the WF2-NSF is the first drive of its kind toreceive certification by the National Sanitation Foundation(NSF) and the Baking Industry Sanitation StandardsCommittee (BISSC). Innovative enclosure design providesusers with a drive that can be easily cleaned to assure a“bacteria-free” food, beverage or pharmaceutical processingenvironment.Convection cooling of the WF2-NSF eliminates areas ofcontamination build-up and increases the reliability byeliminating external cooling fans and shrouds, which canbecome deadly bacteria traps.Constructed of polypropylene, the only FDA approvedplastic, and stainless steel hardware assures a lifetime ofdurable, rust-free and corrosion-free use. These premiummaterials add an additional level of customer satisfaction andcompliance not available with other drive products.NationalSanitationFoundationBaking IndustrySanitation StandardsCommittee4

SIMPLE TO OPERATEThe SKP (Simple Keypad) standard on enclosed WF2 AC Drives, provides a wealth of information without navigating through countlessmonitoring menus. Each screen display provides users the Source of theSpeed Reference, Drive Status, Direction, the Speed Reference or ActualSpeed and the Percentage of Load being experienced.SKP – Simple KeypadThe SKP features FORWARD & REVERSERUN buttons for error-free directionalcontrol & operation.Easy to read “Status Indicators” provide the users with intuitiveinformation about the drives operation, as well as indication of potentialapplication problems with a unique WARNING indicator to show whenload currents or other installation or application concerns, prior to aFAULT occurrence.Parameter editing with either the SKPor EKP makes use of the PROGRAM,SHIFT & ENTER keys. Parametersare displayed in clear text. Choose from four standard language settings:English, German, Spanish and Italian. The EKP (Enhanced Keypad) is standard with every NEMA 4X /IP66 washdown version (WF2-NSF). On our standard NEMA 12models, the EKP can be used as a remote operator station allowingsimultaneous use of both the SKP and EKP keypads. For increasedfunctionality on the drive locally, customers can replace the SKP with anEKP on ratings above 10 HP (size 3 frames and above). The large buttons on the EKP are easy to use and provide tactilefeedback to the operator, even when wearing gloves. The backlit LCDdisplay (4 lines x 16 characters) is intuitive and easy to read in anyindustrial environment. When used as a handheld programmer, the EKPallows users to copy and save parameters from one drive to another. The EKP features 4 dual-purpose buttons to improve usability:pressing SHIFT + BLUE “Access” KEY allows quick access to Monitor,Operate, Parameter and Direct Parameter Edit screens.EKP – Enhanced KeypadFunction Keys can be assigned:- Local / Remote select- Terminal / Keypad select- PID Enable select- Serial Link Override selectENT5
