Cir. 2003),cert. denied, 542 U.S. 915 (2004).When combined with the sealed evidence, filed separately, and reviewed byexperts Dr. Bruce Tefft and Clare Lopez, who found the witnesses credible, and whichhas been corroborated, in part, by Plaintiffs‘ other experts, the Plaintiffs submit that theirproof substantially exceeds the ―clear and convincing‖ standard.
