. 修 了 にあたって / Departing from the University1 . 修 了 前 チェックリスト⑴ 大 学 で:□ 所 属 学 部 で、 定 められた 期 日 までに 修 了 や 帰 国 の 手 続をする。□ 履 修 した 授 業 の 記 録 、 修 了 証 明 書 、 卒 業 証 明 書 などをまとめる。□ 指 導 教 員 、 各 学 部 ・ 研 究 科 等 の 留 学 生 専 門 教 育 教 員 や事 務 職 員 に 帰 国 日 や 修 了 後 の 連 絡 先 などを 知 らせる。□ 生 協 組 合 証 生 協 組 合 員 は 組 合 証 を 返 却 して 出 資 金 の返 却 を 受 ける。□ 同 窓 会 の 情 報 を 得 る。1. Pre-Departure Checklist(1) University:□ Complete departure procedures at the office ofyour School by the specified date.□ Obtain items such as your official academic transcript,course completion certificate, university diploma,etc.□ Meet with your academic advisor, international studentadvisor and the administrative staff at yourschool and inform them of your departure plans andcontact address after leaving.□ Return your Co-op membership card and collectyour deposit money.□ Obtain information on the Nagoya UniversityAlumni Association.⑵ 宿 舎 で:□ 管 理 人 に 退 去 予 定 日 を 連 絡 し( 民 間 宿 舎 は 契 約 により普 通 1 ~ 2 ヵ 月 前 、 国 際 交 流 会 館 は 2 週 間 前 までに)、退 去 の 手 続 きをする。 家 賃 ・ガス・ 電 気 ・ 水 道 料 は 各営 業 所 などに 連 絡 をとって 未 払 いのないように 精 算 する。□ 部 屋 をよく 掃 除 し、ゴミは 指 定 の 日 に 指 定 の 場 所 へ 捨てる。 特 に 粗 大 ゴミ、 資 源 ゴミの 始 末 は 数 ヵ 月 前 から計 画 的 に 行 なう。□ 名 古 屋 大 学 留 学 生 後 援 会 がアパートの 連 帯 保 証 をしている 場 合 は、 国 際 学 生 交 流 課 に 帰 国 を 届 け 出 て、 連 帯保 証 期 間 を 満 了 し 終 了 するために 必 要 な 書 類 を 提 出 する。また、 留 学 生 住 宅 総 合 補 償 の 保 険 期 間 が 残 っている 場 合 は、 保 険 料 の 一 部 が 返 還 される 場 合 があるので銀 行 通 帳 の 写 しを 提 出 する。(2) Housing:□ Inform your housing manager/landlord of yourmoving date. (About one to two months’ notice forprivate accommodation depending on the contract,and at least two weeks’ notice for university housing.)Pay any outstanding rent, gas, electricity andwater bills.□ Clean your living quarters thoroughly and rememberto take out your garbage and put it in the specifiedarea. Large waste and recyclable refuse shouldbe disposed correctly with scheduling in severalmonth advance.□ If you have registered for the Joint Surety Servicefor Residential Leases of Nagoya University InternationalStudent Service Association, you should goto the International Student Exchange Division andsubmit the documents necessary to nullify the JointSurety Service. Also, in the event that the period ofJEES Housing Insurance is not due to expire, pleasesubmit a copy of your bank passbook to receive areimbursement.⑶ 区 役 所 で:□ 日 本 を 出 国 する、または 市 外 へ 引 越 す 場 合 は、その 数日 前 に 国 民 健 康 保 険 を 区 役 所 で 解 約 し、 保 険 証 を 返 却し 保 険 料 を 精 算 する。□ 日 本 を 出 国 する 場 合 、 国 民 年 金 に 加 入 している 人 は、年 金 手 帳 を 持 って 区 役 所 で 解 約 する。(3) Ward Office:□ In case you move to another city or country,cancel your national health insurance membership,return the membership certificate and settle yourpayments at your ward office several days beforeyour departure.□ If you have applied for the Japanese National PensionSystem, cancel the membership showing thebooklet of certificate.― 68 ―
