3 . 家 族 の 在 留 期 間 更 新 と 就 労「 家 族 滞 在 」の 在 留 資 格 も 留 学 生 のものと 同 様 、 更 新 が 必要 です。 期 限 が 来 る 前 に 名 古 屋 入 国 管 理 局 で 手 続 きをしてください。(p.21 参 照 )また「 家 族 滞 在 」の 在 留 資 格 でのパートタイム 労 働 やアルバイトは、 原 則 として 週 28 時 間 以 内 であれば、 名 古 屋 入 国 管 理 局 で 個 別 に 審 査 を 受 け、 資 格 外 活動 許 可 を 取 得 して 行 うことができます。4 . 出 産 ・ 育 児新 しい 土 地 で 出 産 ・ 育 児 を 経 験 するのは 苦 労 もありますが、大 きな 楽 しみともいえます。 病 院 選 び、 経 済 的 負 担 、 育 児方 法 など、いろいろ 考 えなければなりません。出 産 関 係 の 費 用 は 国 民 健 康 保 険 の 対 象 とならず、 費 用 負 担は 各 回 の 検 診 や 出 産 費 用 で 普 通 40 万 ~50 万 円 かかります。出 産 後 、 国 民 健 康 保 険 から 出 産 育 児 一 時 金 42 万 円 (2012 年※)の 支 給 がありますが、これを 出 産 の 前 に 医 療 機 関 が 受け 取 って 出 産 費 用 の 一 部 にあてるなどの 補 助 制 度 があります。出 産 ・ 育 児 には、 家 族 の 協 力 は 勿 論 のこと、 経 験 のある 協力 者 の 存 在 が 大 きな 助 けになります。 地 域 によい 友 人 を 作り、 助 け 合 える 関 係 を 作 ることが 大 切 です。※ 産 科 医 療 補 償 制 度 加 入 分 娩 機 関 で 出 産 した 場 合 の 金 額 です。 同 機 関 以 外 での 出 産 は39 万 円 となります。5 . 児 童 手 当中 学 校 修 了 までの 子 どもを 養 育 している 両 親 には 児 童 手 当が 支 給 されます( 1 人 につき10,000 円 または15,000 円 / 月 )。詳 しくは 各 区 役 所 福 祉 部 民 生 子 ども 課 へお 問 合 せください。 (2012 年 現 在 )3. Extension of Period of Stay and Employmentas a ‘Dependent’If holders of `Dependent’ (family residence) visa statuswish to remain in Japan after the expiration of theirinitial period of stay, they must apply for an extension atthe Nagoya Immigration Bureau before the designatedexpiration date (p.21). If ‘dependents’ wish to work ona part-time basis, they are required to apply in advancefor permission to participate in ‘activities not includedin visa status’ at the Nagoya Immigration Bureau. Themaximum hours of work, where permission is granted,are 28 hours per week.4. ParentingDelivering a baby and bringing her/him up in a new environmentis a challenging but fulfilling experience forparents. There are many considerations, such as selectinga hospital, the financial burden, and child-raisingmethod.The cost of checkups during pregnancy and that of thedelivery are not covered by national health insurance,and you will need to pay around 400,000~ 500,000 yenfor these services. After delivery, a Child AllowanceGrant of 420,000 yen (as of 2012 ※ ) is paid through thenational health insurance. However, if the parents apply,the grant can be given to the hospital beforehand aspart of the delivery fee.Having and raising children requires the cooperation offamily members, neighbors and friends. It is very importantto have a good network for mutual assistance.※After delivery, where the relevant childbirth facility isa member of the Obstetrical Treatment CompensationSystem, a child allowance grant of 420,000 yen (FY2010) is paid to parents through the national health insurance.In the event that the childbirth facility is nota member of the Compensation System, the sum of390,000 yen will be paid.5. Child AllowanceChild allowance is available for parents with childrenup to the third grade of junior high school (¥10,000 or¥15,000/month per child).For further information, contact the public welfaresection of your ward office.
