2 . 子 どもの 教 育⑴ 保 育 園保 育 園 は、 両 親 が 働 いていたり、 学 生 であるなど、 昼 間子 どもの 世 話 が 十 分 できない 場 合 に 乳 幼 児 を 保 育 するところです。 申 請 には 就 労 あるいは 就 学 等 の 証 明 書 が 必 要です。 国 や 市 から 補 助 があり、 家 族 の 収 入 に 応 じて 保 育料 ( 約 6 万 円 / 月 ~ 全 額 免 除 )が 異 なります。また、 希望 する 保 育 園 に 空 きがあるとは 限 りません。 詳 しくは 各区 役 所 の 福 祉 部 民 生 子 ども 課 へ 問 い 合 わせてください。2. Children’s Education(1) Day-care Centers (Hoikuen)Day-care centers provide day care for children so thatparents who work, study or have other demandingobligations, can proceed with their daily routines reassuredof their children’s safety. To apply, submitcertificates of studentship or employment to the WardOffice. As the government subsidizes day-care centers,fees (from about 60,000 yen per month to a totalfee exemption) depend on the income of the parents.Please note that your child will not be acceptedif there are no vacancies. For further information,contact the public welfare section of your ward office.Ⅻ⑵ 幼 稚 園幼 稚 園 は、 3 歳 から 5 歳 の 学 齢 前 の 幼 児 を 保 育 し、 心 身の 発 達 をはかる 教 育 施 設 です。 公 立 幼 稚 園 と 私 立 幼 稚 園があります。 公 立 は、 入 学 金 7,000 円 、 授 業 料 8,200 円 / 月 、雑 費 3,000 円 / 月 (2012 年 度 実 績 )ですが、 家 族 の 収 入によって 減 免 制 度 があります。 私 立 の 授 業 料 はより 高 額で 様 々です。 申 請 時 期 や 条 件 を 早 めに 知 って 準 備 することが 必 要 です。 詳 しくは 最 寄 の 幼 稚 園 に 直 接 問 い 合 わせてください。⑶ 小 学 校日 本 では、 小 学 校 の 6 年 間 と 中 学 校 の 3 年 間 は 義 務 教 育です。 住 民 登 録 をしてあれば、 6 歳 になると 区 役 所 から就 学 通 知 書 が 保 護 者 宛 に 届 きます。 公 立 小 学 校 は 無 料 ですが、 給 食 費 や 補 助 教 材 等 の 経 費 が 約 5,000 円 / 月 かかります。 家 族 の 収 入 によって 減 免 制 度 があります。⑷ インターナショナルスクール名 古 屋 には 米 国 の 学 校 教 育 制 度 に 基 づいて 教 育 を 行 なっているインターナショナルスクールが 二 校 あります。〈 連 絡 先 〉名 古 屋 国 際 学 園 Tel:052-736-2025International Christian Academy of NagoyaTel:0561-62-4196(2) Kindergartens (Yochien)The objective of kindergartens is to encourage childrenthe between the ages of 3 and 5 to develop theirphysical and mental aptitudes and to prepare them forelementary school. There are both public and privatekindergartens. The Registration fee is 7,000 yen,the tuition fee of the public kindergartens is 8,200yen and miscellaneous fee is 3,000 yen per month(2012 fiscal year). There is a fee ex emptiondepending on the income of the parents. Provided that your child possesses an alienregistration certificate, you will receive a school entrancenotice from your local ward office when yourchild becomes 6 years of age. Tuition fees are notcharged at public schools, but the cost of school lunchand study materials, about 5,000 yen per month, willbe charged to parents.
