3 可 能 な 場 合 は 火 を 消 す4 テレビやラジオなどで 正 しい 情 報 を 手 にいれる5 避 難 する 時 はエレベーターを 使 わないで、 歩 いて 避難 する⑶ 緊 急 地 震 速 報地 震 の 発 生 直 後 、 気 象 庁 では 震 源 に 近 い 場 所 で 観 測 されたデータをもとに 各 地 の 到 達 時 刻 や 震 度 を 推 定 し、 可 能 な 限りすばやく 警 告 します。この 速 報 はテレビやラジオなどのメディアを 通 じて 発 信 されますが、 情 報 を 得 ることで 交 通機 関 、 公 共 施 設 、 職 場 、 家 庭 などで 避 難 行 動 を 迅 速 に 取 ることによって 被 害 を 軽 減 させることが 期 待 されます。緊 急 地 震 速 報 ( 気 象 庁 HP)http://www.seisvol.kishou.go.jp/eq/EEW/kaisetsu/index.html大 震 災 になった 場 合 には、 家 族 、 友 人 、 大 学 関 係 者 に 安 否を 連 絡 してください。 災 害 時 には 電 話 回 線 が 混 雑 します。有 効 な 連 絡 手 段 は、 携 帯 電 話 メールや 災 害 伝 言 ダイヤル171です。 災 害 時 の 連 絡 手 段 を 知 り、 家 族 や 友 人 や 大 学 関係 者 などと 連 絡 を 取 る 方 法 を 確 認 しておきましょう。◆ 災 害 伝 言 ダイヤル : これは 災 害 発 生 時 に171 番 に 電 話 して、 音 声 ガイダンス( 日 本 語 )に 従 って、 被 災 地 内 の 電話 番 号 を 暗 証 番 号 にすると 安 否 等 の 伝 言 を 預 かってくれるサービスです。 固 定 電 話 ・ 公 衆 電 話 ・ 携 帯 電 話 からかけられます。 毎 月 1 日 に 練 習 ができますので 慣 れておいてください。◆ 名 古 屋 大 学 安 否 確 認 システム災 害 時 には、 安 否 確 認 システムを 利 用 して 自 分 の 状 況 を大 学 に 知 らせることができます。 大 学 が 全 学 的 な 被 災 状況 を 把 握 し、 適 切 な 支 援 を 検 討 するためにも、 多 くの 人からの 連 絡 が 重 要 となります。このシステムについての 詳 細 は、 名 古 屋 大 学 ポータル(MyNU)の「 防 災 」タブより 情 報 を 得 ることができます。自 分 のメールアドレスを 登 録 するなど、 扱 い 方 に 慣 れておくことが 大 切 です。名 古 屋 大 学 ポータルの 情 報 へのアクセスには、 全 ての 名古 屋 大 学 学 生 ・ 職 員 に 付 与 されている 名 古 屋 大 学 ID とパスワードが 必 要 です。また、 安 否 確 認 入 力 には 名 古 屋 ID 以 外 に 名 古 屋 大 学 ポータルへの 登 録 済 みメールアドレスを 利 用 できますし、 名古 屋 大 学 からの 重 要 なお 知 らせを 登 録 メールアドレスで受 信 できます。名 古 屋 大 学 ポータル:https://mynu.jp/( 携 帯 電 話 用 アクセスサイト):https://mynu.jp/k/avoid falling objects).2 Open a door to secure an exit. Please get to know how tocontact your family, friends and staff/faculty membersof your department by checking international dial codesand keeping important numbers handy.◆ Disaster Emergency Dengon Dial 171: In the eventof earthquake, by using a phone number in the disasterarea as the secret code, you can access this messagebank service and record or play safety messagesby following the sound guidance (in Japanese). Youcan access this service through installed, public, ormobile phones. Please familiarize yourself with thissystem, which can be used on a trial basis on the firstday of every month.◆ NU Survivor Confirmation SystemDuring a disaster, you will be able to inform the universityof your situation by using the Survivor Confirmationsystem.
