◆ 日 本 の 法 律 に 従 って 免 許 を 取 得 してください。 無 免 許で 運 転 してはいけません。◆ 自 国 の 免 許 証 を 持 参 していても、その 免 許 証 では 運 転はできません。また、インターネットで 取 得 する 国 際免 許 証 は 無 効 ですので、 無 免 許 運 転 として 罰 せられます。◆ 日 本 の 免 許 に 切 り 替 える 場 合 は、 出 身 国 などによって、 条 件 が 変 わります。 愛 知 県 警 で 情 報 を 得 て、 平 針の「 運 転 免 許 試 験 場 」で 日 本 の 免 許 に 切 り 替 える 手 続きを 行 なって 下 さい。愛 知 県 警http://www.pref.aichi.jp/police/menkyo/index.html平 針 運 転 免 許 試 験 場 :Tel 052-801-3211◆ 万 が 一 事 故 を 起 こしてしまった 場 合 、「 自 賠 責 保 険 ( 強制 保 険 )」だけでは 補 償 できません。「 任 意 保 険 」に 必ず 加 入 してください。 自 動 車 保 険 についての 詳 しい 情報 は、 名 古 屋 大 学 生 協 でも 提 供 しています。◆インターナショナルレジデンスや 留 学 生 会 館 、 国 際 嚶鳴 館 の 駐 車 場 は 学 生 は 利 用 できません。2 . 交 通 事 故 にあった 時 の 心 がまえ事 故 を 起 こしたり 巻 き 込 まれた 時 は、 落 ち 着 いて,たとえ小 さな 事 故 でも 次 のように 行 動 してください。1 負 傷 者 が 出 た 場 合 、 直 ちに119 番 に 通 報 し、 救 急 車 を呼 んでください。2 道 路 上 の 危 険 を 除 去 してください。3 小 さな 事 故 であってもその 場 ですみやかに 警 察 へ 届 けを 出 し、「 交 通 事 故 証 明 書 」を 取 り 付 けてください。4 相 手 側 の 車 のナンバー、 運 転 免 許 証 で 氏 名 ・ 住 所 ・ 生年 月 日 を 控 えておいてください。5 目 撃 者 がある 場 合 、 氏 名 ・ 住 所 ・ 連 絡 先 を 聞 き、 控 えておいてください。6 事 故 現 場 の 見 取 り 図 、 事 故 の 経 過 などのメモを 作 成し、できれば 写 真 を 撮 っておいてください。7 たいしたことはないと 思 っても、 時 間 がたってから 症状 が 出 ることもあるので、 必 ず 医 師 の 診 断 を 受 けてください。8 加 入 している 保 険 会 社 に、できるだけ 早 く 連 絡 してください。◆ Those who drive must have a Japanese driver’s license.It is prohibited to drive without a Japanesedriver’s license.◆ Your country’s driver’s license is invalid in Japan.International licenses acquired through the internetare definitely invalid. Those who drive should get “Nin-i Hoken”(optional insurance) in addition to the obligatoryone. Nagoya University Co-op provides some optionsfor such insurance.◆ The parking lots at International Residences, ForeignStudent House and International Ohmeikanare not for student use.2. If involved in a Traffic Accident.If you are involved in a traffic accident, remain calm anddo the following even when the accident seems trivial.1 If anyone is injured, dial 119 for an ambulance.2 Move any dangerous items, including vehicles, offthe road to prevent other accidents.3 Report the accident immediately, even if it is small,to a nearby police station and obtain a report of theac cident.4 Write down the licence plate number of the car concernedas well as the name, address and age of thedriver, after requesting to see his/her driver’s licence.5 If there are witnesses, write down their names, addressesand telephone numbers.6 Make detailed notes of the accident and take photographs,if possible.7 See a doctor, even if you think that you are all right,because sometimes symptoms can take time to occur.8 Consult your insurance company as soon as possible.Ⅹ■ 損 害 補 償 について◆ 被 害 者 は、 加 害 者 に 損 害 補 償 として 被 った 損 害 をすべて請 求 できますが、 被 害 者 に 過 失 があれば、 過 失 の 割 合 に応 じて 損 害 額 が 減 らされます。■ Compensation for Damages◆ The victim may claim compensation from the offendingparty for all the damages caused by the acci dent.However, if any fault lies with the victim, dam ages will― 49 ―
