◆ 自 転 車 の 盗 難 が 多 くありますので 必 ず 鍵 をかけてください。( 2 つ 以 上 が 望 ましい)◆ 自 転 車 を 買 った 場 合 は、 自 転 車 屋 で 防 犯 登録 制 度 の 手 続 きをしてください。*◆ 人 に 譲 ってもらった 場 合 は、 譲 渡 証 明 書を 書 いてもらってください。◆ 放 置 自 転 車 は、 盗 難 車 の 可 能 性 が 高 いので絶 対 に 持 ち 帰 らないでください。 盗 難 車 と知 らずに 乗 っていても 違 法 になります。◆ 自 転 車 で 通 学 する 場 合 は、 各 学 部 ・ 研 究 科等 の 担 当 掛 で 自 転 車 の 登 録 をしてください。ステッカーが 交 付 されますので 自 転 車 に 貼 ってください。 貼 られていない 自 転 車 は 撤 去 されますので 注 意 してください。mobile phone, earphones, or umbrella, whileriding your bicycle is strictly prohibited.Turn the light on when its dark outside.◆ Lock your bicycle at all times.
