Ⅸ. 医療・健康 / Medical and Health Care1 . 国民健康保険留学生は、国民健康保険に加入することになっています。渡日後 14 日以内に区役所へ行って、住所の届出を行い、同時に国民健康保険加入手続きを行ってください。名古屋市の場合、前年度に日本で収入のなかった人に対しては保険料に対して 7 割の減額があり、保険料は年間 15,000 円ぐらい、月額 1,200 円ぐらいになります。保険料は毎月口座振替により納付します。この保険に加入していると、名古屋市の場合、病院 ( 歯科医も含む)での自己負担は保険対象の医療費の30%となります。ひと月の医療費が高額にのぼる場合には、自己負担の限度額も定められています。ただし、保険対象外の治療もありますので、歯科治療や入院の際などは特に、前もって病院で確かめることが必要です。家族も被保険者になることができ、医療費負担は30%となります。(2012 年度現在 )1. Japan National Health Insurance (JNHI)International students are required to subscribe to thepublic health insurance program, and should do so (atthe ward office) at the same time as you notifyyour address. In Nagoya, residents with noincome in the previous year receive a 70%reduction on their insurance premium, payingabout ¥l5,000 annually. Approxi mately ¥1,200 ofmonthly charge will be automatically withdrawnfrom their bank accounts. Sub scribers to this planwill pay 30% of medical and dental fees. If theamount paid by an insured person to a hospital orclinic reaches a certain fixed amount, the insurerreimburses the difference to the insured. Please notethat some treatment is not covered by this insurance.Family members can join the insurance scheme andwill be charged 30% of medical ex penses (as of2010).Ⅸ2 . 定期健康診断名古屋大学では、毎年 1 回 4 月に保健管理室で無料で定期健康診断を行なっています。各学部・研究科等の担当掛の案内に従って、健康診断を受診する前日までに必要な書類・尿検査容器を受け取り、それらを準備してから受診してください。奨学金や入学試験、進学等の申し込み時に必要な健康診断書は、この健康診断を受診した人だけに発行されますので、必ず受診してください。健康診断書は、正規生の場合は証明書自動発行機で発行します。非正規生の場合は各学部・研究科等の担当掛に問い合わせてください。この期間以外は健康診断を行なっていませんので、名古屋大学の定期健康診断を受診しなかった場合は、病院で検査を受けて、健康診断書を発行してもらってください。ただし、病院での健康診断は有料で、国民健康保険の対象にはなりません。2. Annual Medical ExaminationThe Health Administration Office of Nagoya Universityconducts medical examinations for students each year inApril and this is free of charge. Please follow instructionsfrom the office of your school and pick up the necessarydocuments and equipment for your medical testsbefore going for the medical examination.The Health Administration Office will issue health certificateswhich you may need to attach to your applicationfor scholarships, or when you apply for universityadmission. After the examination, degree-seeking studentscan obtain the certificate through the issuing machineat their school. If research students need a certificate,they should inquire at the office of their school.Students, who have not undergone the medical examination,should go to a hospital to be examined if they needa health certificate. Hospitals will charge you for themedical examination. The cost is not reimbursed.3 . 病気の場合体の不調を感じたらできるだけ早く受診しましょう。頭痛や不眠、食欲減退のような不調をがまんしていると、深刻な病気になることがあります。不調は疲労のサインであったり、精神的な原因から来ることもあり、専門的なアドバイスや治療を受けることで簡単に楽になることがあります。自分自身のことは勿論ですが、友達についても具合が悪いような様子が見られたら早めに受診するよう勧めてください。3. Medical ServicesIf you suffer from continuous headaches, a loss of appetite,or you cannot sleep well, etc., you should seek theadvice of a doctor before the condition gets worse.These symptoms may be a sign of fatigue or exhaustion.They may also be psychological or psychosomaticsymptoms, which are treatable by specialist doctors. Inaddition to taking care of your own health, please payattention to your friends’ health and encourage them tosee a doctor, if they are feeling unwell.― 40 ―
