Tuition and Other Fees (as of April, 2013)Student Status Application (¥) Registration(¥) Tuition (¥)Degree-Seeking Student(undergraduate) 17,000 282,000 535,800 per yearDegree-Seeking Student(graduate) 30,000 282,000 535,800 per yearResearch Student, Graduate School Research Student 9,800 84,600 29,700 per monthSpecial Audit Student, Graduate School Special Audit Student - - 14,800 per creditSpecial Research Student - - 29,700 per monthTraning Course in Japanese 9,900 43,500 30,200 per monthTraining Course in Japanese Lang.& Culture 9,800 84,600 29,700 per month2 . 授 業 料 の 納 入正 規 学 生 の 授 業 料 については、 前 期 分 は 4 月 中 に、 後 期 分は10 月 中 に 納 入 して 下 さい。 納 入 方 法 は、 指 定 銀 行 から 自動 的 に 引 き 落 とす 方 法 と 振 込 用 紙 にて 銀 行 か 郵 便 局 の 窓 口にて 支 払 う 方 法 があります。 研 究 生 については、 入 学 時 に入 学 料 とともに 半 年 分 の 授 業 料 を 各 学 部 ・ 研 究 科 の 担 当 掛で 納 入 してください。その 後 の 授 業 料 は、 4 月 と10 月 に 半年 分 ずつ 納 入 してください。国 費 外 国 人 留 学 生 については、 授 業 料 等 は 全 額 免 除 になっています。◆ 授 業 料 未 納 による 除 籍授 業 料 を 納 入 期 限 までに 納 入 しない 学 生 で、 以 降 の 成 業の 見 込 みがないと 認 められる 等 、 一 定 の 要 件 に 該 当 する学 生 は、 前 期 末 ・ 年 度 末 に 除 籍 になります。3 . 授 業 料 免 除 制 度私 費 留 学 生 の 正 規 学 生 で、 学 業 が 優 秀 でありながら、 経 済的 な 理 由 により 授 業 料 の 納 入 が 困 難 な 場 合 、 本 人 の 申 請 に基 づき 選 考 の 上 、 授 業 料 が 全 額 又 は 半 額 免 除 される 場 合 があります。 但 し、 免 除 される 可 能 性 は 大 変 低 いですから、免 除 申 請 をしても 授 業 料 を 払 う 準 備 が 必 要 です。 申 請 時 期は、 前 期 及 び 後 期 分 を 一 括 して 年 1 回 (ただし、 選 考 は 前期 分 ・ 後 期 分 の2 回 行 います。) 2 月 ~ 3 月 です。 掲 示 に注 意 し、 詳 細 は 各 学 部 ・ 研 究 科 等 の 担 当 掛 に 問 い 合 わせてください。2. Payment of Tuition and Other FeesDegree-seeking students should pay tuition for thespring se mester by the end of April and for the fall semesterby the end of October. Fee payments can bemade by automatic bank transfer or by using a depositslip. Research students, on the other hand, should paythe sum of 6-month tuition along with the registrationfee at the time of admission. Afterwards, they shouldmake payments in two instalments (April and October)at the office of their school. The payable amount is6-month tuition each time. Japanese Government(Monbukagakusho) Scholarship Students are exemptedfrom paying any fees.◆Disenrolment due to Non-Payment of TuitionStudents failing to pay tuition by the stipulated deadlinewill, under certain conditions, be disenrolled.Disenrolment takes place at the end of each semester.3. Fee ExemptionsIndependently-financed degree-seeking students, whodemonstrate excellent academic records and are in needof financial assistance, are eligible to be considered forexemptions from half or the entire tuition. However, asthe possibility of obtaining an exemption is minimal,it is advisable to prepare to pay the necessary fees.The ap plication process for fee exemptions takes placeonce a year, but the selection process takes place eachsemester. The applications is generally accepted fromFebruary to March. Please pay close attention to thesedeadlines. Students should contact the office of theirschool for further information.Ⅶ― 35 ―
