Ⅵく 聞 こえます。 友 達 を 呼 んだり、 音 楽 を 聴 いたり、テレビを 見 るときは、 話 し 声 や 音 量 に 気 をつけてください。特 に 早 朝 ( 朝 8 時 頃 まで)や 夜 遅 く( 夜 10 時 以 降 )は 注意 が 必 要 です。◆ 一 時 帰 国 など 長 期 間 留 守 にするときには 大 家 さんに 知 らせてください。 家 を 離 れている 月 や 前 月 の 家 賃 、 電 気 ・ 水 道 ・ガス 代等 の 支 払 い 方 法 を 確 認 して、 未 払 いのないように 注 意してください。◆ 家 族 や 友 人 が 同 居 する 予 定 があれば 契 約 時 に 大 家 さんに知 らせてください。◆ 近 所 の 人 と 知 りあっておくと、 困 った 時 や 災 害 時 に 協 力し 合 い、 問 題 があっても 理 解 し 合 いやすいです。 引 越 した 日 または 翌 日 に、 名 刺 や 名 前 を 書 いた 紙 を 渡 して、ひと 言 あいさつをするとよいでしょう。◆ 防 犯 や 防 災 のために 戸 じまりや 火 の 始 末 に 気 をつけましょう。noise level in your apartment at all times, especiallyin the early morning and late at night (after 10:00 p.m.until 8:00 a.m.).
