For details, please contact theInternational Student Exchange Division.Ⅵ< 修 了 ・ 卒 業 時 の 解 約 手 続 き>賃 貸 住 宅 契 約 の 連 帯 保 証 人 が 名 古 屋 大 学 留 学 生 後 援 会 の 場合 、 最 低 1 カ 月 前 に、 次 の 手 続 きを 行 ってください。⑴ 賃 貸 住 宅 契 約 を 解 約 する 場 合 : 賃 貸 契 約 解 約 の 届 を 国際 学 生 交 流 課 に 必 ず 提 出 すること。⑵ 賃 貸 住 宅 契 約 を 継 続 する 場 合 : 卒 業 後 も 就 職 等 で 同 じアパートに 住 む 場 合 は、 契 約 期 間 の 有 無 に 関 わらず、賃 貸 契 約 の 連 帯 保 証 人 を 他 の 人 に 変 更 してください。名 古 屋 大 学 留 学 生 後 援 会 の 連 帯 保 証 事 業 は、あなたが名 古 屋 大 学 を 修 了 ・ 卒 業 すると 同 時 に 終 了 します。⑶ 名 古 屋 大 学 で 留 学 生 として 進 学 する 場 合 : 特 に 手 続 きの 必 要 はありません。( 注 )⑴ 及 び⑵については、 住 宅 総 合 補 償 ( 保 険 )の 補 償 期間 が 残 っていれば、 残 金 を 返 金 できることがあります。詳 細 は 国 際 学 生 国 流 課 に 問 い 合 わせてください。If you graduate or leave from Nagoya University andthe guarantor of your housing contract is the NagoyaUniversity International Student Support Association,you are required to complete following procedures atleast one month in advance.1) If you cancel your housing contract, you arerequired to submit a report to the InternationalStudent Exchange Division (ISED). The reportform is available at ISED.2) If you continue with the housing contract, youare required to change your guarantor fromNagoya University International Student SupportAssociation to another person. The Joint SuretyService for Residential Leases of the NagoyaUniversity expires when you graduate or leavefrom Nagoya University.3) If you proceed onto another program at NagoyaUniversity, you are not required to complete theabove procedures.The remainder of the insurance fee may be returnedupon completion of procedures 1) or 2).
