9 - 4 住 民 票 の 写 しの 発 行住 所 地 のある 区 の 区 役 所 で「 住 民 票 の 写 し」の 交 付 を 受 けることができます。「 住 民 票 の 写 し 等 交 付 申 請 書 」に、 住 所 ・ 氏 名 、どんな 証明 が 必 要 か、などを 記 入 して 申 請 します。1 通 300 円 の 手 数 料 が 必 要 です。9-4 Application for a Copy of Resident RecordIn a number of cases you may be required to submita copy of your resident record. To get a copy of yourresident record, you need to apply at the ward office.The application fee is 300 yen.Ⅴ10. 外 国 人 登 録 証 をお 持 ちの 方 へ⑴ 外 国 人 登 録 証 は 次 回 の 在 留 期 間 の 更 新 まで 有 効 です。(「 在 留 カード」とみなされます。)⑵ 「みなし 再 入 国 許 可 」は、 外 国 人 登 録 証 保 持 者 でも 適 用されます。この 場 合 、 出 入 国 の 際 に 必 ず 外 国 人 登 録 証 を持 参 してください。⑶ 住 所 変 更 の 場 合 、 外 国 人 登 録 証 に 裏 書 がされます。ただし、 他 の 事 項 については 裏 書 きされません。⑷ 「 在 留 カード」とみなされるのは、 入 管 法 上 となっていますので、 他 の 行 政 サービスなどで 有 効 でなくなる 可能 性 もあります。⑸ 平 成 24 年 7 月 9 日 以 前 から 在 留 している 中 長 期 在 留 者については、 申 請 に 基 づき 外 国 人 登 録 証 明 書 と 引 き 換 えに 名 古 屋 入 国 管 理 局 において 在 留 カードを 交 付 します。その 際 には、 申 請 書 、 写 真 1 枚 、 旅 券 (パスポート)、外 国 人 登 録 証 明 書 が 必 要 です。 外 国 人 登 録 証 明 書 から 在留 カードへの 切 り 替 えの 場 合 、 手 数 料 は 不 要 です。10. For Those Who Have Alien Registration Cards(1) Alien Registration Card is valid until the expirydate of your current resident status (It is deemed tobe a Residence Card.).(2) “Special Re-entry Permission” is also applied tothose who have Alien Registration Card. In this case,please never forget to carry your Alien RegistrationCard when you go overseas.(3) If you change your address, the new address willbe written on the back of your Alien RegistrationCard. However, other information will not be writtenon the back.(4) Alien Registration Card is deemed to be ResidenceCard only in the Immigration Act. Therefore, it mightnot be deemed to be Residence Card in other areasof government services.(5) You can change your Alien Registration Card toResidence Card at Nagoya Regional ImmigrationBureau.
