9 . 転 入 届 、 転 出 届 、 転 居 届 ( 引 っ 越 しの 場 合 )引 っ 越 しする 場 合 、 今 まで 住 んでいた 住 所 地 のある 市 町 村区 の 役 所 と、これから 住 む 住 所 地 のある 市 町 村 区 の 役 所 の両 方 に 届 出 をします。 名 古 屋 市 外 から 名 古 屋 市 内 、あるいは、 名 古 屋 市 内 の 区 から 別 の 区 へ 引 っ 越 す 場 合 は、 転 入 の手 続 き、 名 古 屋 市 外 に 引 っ 越 す 場 合 は、 転 出 の 手 続 き、 名古 屋 市 内 の 同 じ 区 内 で 引 っ 越 す 場 合 は、 転 居 の 手 続 きをします。いずれの 場 合 も、 在 留 カードを 持 参 し、「 住 民 異 動 届 」を 提 出 して 手 続 きを 行 います。9. Change of Address: “Notification of Moving In”,“Notification of Moving-Out” and “Notificationof Change of Address”When you move to Nagoya city from another city, ormove from one ward to another ward within Nagoyacity, you need to notify the ward offices of your oldresidence and of your new residence. In all cases, do notforget to carry your Residence Card when submittingthe documents at the Ward Office. The details are givenbelow.9 - 1 転 入 届・ 名 古 屋 市 外 から 名 古 屋 市 内 に 引 っ 越 す 場 合 、あるいは、名 古 屋 市 内 の 区 から 別 の 区 へ 引 っ 越 す 場 合 、 転 入 届 が 必要 です。・ 名 古 屋 市 外 から 名 古 屋 市 内 に 引 っ 越 す 場 合 は、 移 転 した日 より14 日 以 内 に、 新 しい 住 所 地 のある 区 の 区 役 所 市 民課 で、 転 入 届 を 行 ってください。この 場 合 、 前 の 住 所 地の 市 町 村 役 場 で 転 出 手 続 きをした 際 に 発 行 された 転 出 証明 書 が 必 要 です。・ 名 古 屋 市 内 の 区 から 別 の 区 へ 引 っ 越 す 場 合 、 移 転 した 日より14 日 以 内 に、 新 しい 住 所 地 のある 区 の 区 役 所 市 民 課で、 転 入 届 を 行 ってください。 市 内 で 住 所 が 変 わった 場合 は、 移 転 前 の 住 所 地 の 区 役 所 で、 転 出 証 明 書 の 交 付 を受 ける 必 要 はありません。・ 転 入 届 は、 移 転 した 日 以 降 より 受 け 付 けされます。 移 転予 定 の 場 合 は、 届 は 受 理 されません。9-1 Notification of Moving In・Moving to Nagoya from another CityWhen you move to Nagoya city from another city,you need to notify the ward office of your newaddress within 14 days of your moving in. In thiscase, you need to submit a “move-out certificate” asa part of your moving-in application.・Moving to a different ward within Nagoya CityWhen you move from one ward to another withinNagoya city, you need to notify the ward office ofyour new address within 14 days of your moving inas well. In this case, you will not need to submit a“move-out certificate.”Notification of moving-in will be accepted only afteryou move in. The ward office will not accept it if youhave not yet done so.Ⅴ9 - 2 転 出 届・ 名 古 屋 市 外 に 引 っ 越 す 場 合 、 転 出 届 が 必 要 です。 引 越 し前 の 住 所 地 のある 区 の 区 役 所 で、 転 出 届 を 行 なって 転 出証 明 書 の 発 行 を 受 けてください。・また、 完 全 に 帰 国 する 場 合 ( 日 本 に 戻 らない 場 合 )や、住 所 地 を 1 年 以 上 離 れる 場 合 も、 転 出 届 が 必 要 です。9-2 Notification of Moving-OutWhen you move out from Nagoya city, you are requiredto notify the ward office of your moving out and obtaina “move-out certificate” before you move to anothercity.In case you are going back to your home country orregion and have no plan to come back to stay in Japan,or if you will be away from your residence for morethan one year, you are required to notify the ward officeof your moving out.9 - 3 転 居 届・ 名 古 屋 市 内 の 同 じ 区 内 で 引 っ 越 す 場 合 は、 転 居 届 が 必 要です。 移 転 した 日 より14 日 以 内 に、 区 役 所 市 民 課 で、 転居 届 を 行 なってください。・ 転 居 届 は、 移 転 した 日 以 降 より 受 け 付 けされます。 移 転予 定 の 場 合 、 届 は 受 理 されません。9-3 Notification of Change of Your Address(Moving within the same Ward)When you move within the same ward, you need tonotify the ward office of your change of address within14 days of the change.Notification of change of your address will be acceptedonly after you move to your residence.
