7 - 3 家 族 の 在 留 期 間 更 新許 可 された 在 留 期 間 を 超 えて 引 き 続 き 日 本 に 在 留 を 希 望 する 場 合 には、 在 留 期 間 更 新 の 許 可 申 請 を 行 う 必 要 があります。 更 新 の 許 可 申 請 手 続 きは、 在 留 期 間 の 満 了 日 の 3 カ 月前 からできますので、 早 目 に 名 古 屋 入 国 管 理 局 で 次 の 書 類を 提 出 して 行 ってください。7-3 Extension of your Family Members’ Periodof StayFamily members who wish to extend their period ofstay in Japan should file an application for extension ofperiod of stay. Application for extension can be done 3months prior to the day of expiration, so be sure to filefor the application of extension as early as possible soas to avoid any inconveniences.〈 申 請 に 必 要 な 書 類 〉⑴ 在 留 期 間 更 新 許 可 申 請 書 ( 家 族 滞 在 ) 1 通⑵ 写 真 ( 縦 4 cmx 横 3 cm) 1 葉 (16 歳 未 満 の 家 族 は 写真 不 要 )* 申 請 前 3 カ 月 以 内 に 正 面 から 撮 影 された 無 帽 、 無 背 景で 鮮 明 なもの。* 写 真 の 裏 面 に 申 請 人 の 氏 名 を 記 載 し、 申 請 書 の 写 真 欄に 添 付 してください。⑶ 有 効 な 旅 券 (パスポート) 及 び 在 留 カード⑷ 留 学 生 との 身 分 関 係 を 証 する 書 類 ( 世 帯 の 住 民 票 写 しなど)⑸ 留 学 生 の 在 留 カードまたは 旅 券 (パスポート)の 写 し⑹ 留 学 生 の 在 学 証 明 書⑺ 留 学 生 の 収 入 を 証 する 書 類 ( 奨 学 金 受 給 証 明 書 、 預 金残 高 証 明 など)⑻ 手 数 料 4 ,000 円 の 収 入 印 紙 ( 入 国 管 理 局 で 販 売 )(1) Application form for updating the validity periodof the resident card (“Dependent” resident status)(2) Photo (4cmx3cm) (Not necessary for membersunder 16 years old)*The photo should have been taken within 3 monthsof application, full face view directly facing thecamera, no hat, clear and without any backgroundimages.*Photo should have the person’s name on theback and be stuck to the designated part of theapplication form.(3) Applicant’s valid passport and Residence Card(4) Proof of your relationship with the familymembers who will join you. For example, proofof marriage registration or marriage certificate forspouse, birth certificate for children, etc.(5) Your Residence Card or copy of your passport(6) Your certificate of enrollment issued by the officeof your school(7) Document certifying your income(Your bank statement indicating balance ofdeposit, certificate indicating amount and tenure ofthe scholarship, etc.)(8) 4,000 yen revenue stamp (available at theImmigration Bureau)Ⅴ8 . 在 留 資 格 取 得 申 請 ( 出 生 )留 学 生 夫 婦 (ともに 外 国 国 籍 )の 間 に 子 どもが 生 まれた 場合 には、 出 生 の 日 から30 日 以 内 に、その 子 どもについて「 在留 資 格 取 得 の 申 請 」をしなければなりません。ただし、 出生 した 日 から60 日 以 内 に 日 本 から 出 国 する 場 合 は 必 要 ありません。まず、 住 所 地 の 市 町 村 において 出 生 届 を 提 出 してください。 提 出 すると 外 国 人 の 世 帯 の 住 民 票 に 子 どもの 名前 や 生 年 月 日 が 記 載 されます。その 届 けを 証 明 資 料 として入 国 管 理 局 で 手 続 きをすると 在 留 カードが 発 給 されます。申 請 は、 子 どもの 父 または 母 が 名 古 屋 入 国 管 理 局 で 行 ってください。8. Application for Acquisition of Status ofResidence for Newborns (Report of Birth)When a child is born to two foreign nationals in Japan,an application for acquisition of status of residencemust be made within 30days of birth. However, ifthe child is leaving Japan within 60 days of birth, theapplication is not necessary. First, you submit theregistration of birth at a ward office. When you submitit, the name and the date of birth of your child will belisted in the resident record of your household. Theapplication should be made by either parent at theNagoya Regional Immigration Bureau.― 21 ―
