Please include a clear and detaileddescription of your new activity.(3) Valid passport(4) Residence Card(5) 1 Photo (4cm×3cm)(6) 4000 yen revenue stamp (available at ImmigrationBureau)7 . 家 族 呼 び 寄 せと 家 族 渡 日 後 の 手 続 き7 - 1 在 留 資 格 認 定 証 明 書 の 交 付 申 請留 学 生 が 家 族 を 呼 び 寄 せるときには、 家 族 のために 在 留 資格 「 家 族 滞 在 」を 得 る 必 要 があります。「 家 族 滞 在 」の 在留 資 格 で 日 本 に 滞 在 できる 家 族 は、 留 学 生 の 扶 養 を 受 ける配 偶 者 と 子 どもです。 留 学 生 本 人 が 安 定 的 ・ 継 続 的 な 扶 養能 力 を 有 していることが 必 要 とされます。 手 続 きは、 留 学生 本 人 が 家 族 の 申 請 代 理 人 として、 名 古 屋 入 国 管 理 局 で 家族 の「 在 留 資 格 認 定 証 明 書 」の 交 付 申 請 を 行 なうのが 最 も早 い 方 法 です。 交 付 申 請 には 以 下 の 書 類 が 必 要 です。7.
