- Whether the work affects your studies (forexample, working late at night might affect yourstudies the following day)- Whether there are any problems pertaining to thework content (including safety, insurance in caseof accidents, whether it is a permitted work type,etc.)- The employment conditions (payment,transportation expense payment, working hours,etc.)- The payment method (whether daily or weekor monthly payment, cash or bank transfer, taxpayment, etc.)◦ It is recommended that you ask your employer todraw up a work contract stipulating employmentconditions, including the payment conditions.◦ Working at midnight, can cause adverse changesin your daily life pattern which could negativelyaffect your health and undermine your academicperformance which is your primary goal in Japan.Ⅴ5 . 一 時 出 国 と 再 入 国 許 可 、 及 び 帰 国■ 一 時 出 国指 導 教 員 に 相 談 し 許 可 を 得 てから、 海 外 渡 航 データベースに 入 力 の 上 、 海 外 渡 航 届 をプリントアウトし、 指 導 教 員 の承 認 印 をもらってから 各 学 部 ・ 研 究 科 の 担 当 掛 に 提 出 してください。・ 海 外 渡 航 データベースhttps://intl.ecis.nagoya-u.ac.jp/tokou/■ 再 入 国 許 可・ 留 学 生 が 一 時 帰 国 したり、 調 査 などで 外 国 へ 行 くときに必 要 な 再 入 国 許 可 については、 在 留 カードを 所 持 するものは、 出 国 の 日 から 1 年 以 内 ( 又 は 在 留 期 間 満 了 の 日 までの 期 間 )に 再 入 国 する 場 合 、 再 入 国 許 可 手 続 きは 不 要です。(この 制 度 を「みなし 再 入 国 許 可 」といいます。)・ 出 国 する 際 に、 必 ず 在 留 カードを 提 示 してください。なお、 出 入 国 港 においては、 入 国 審 査 官 に 旅 券 と 在 留 カードを 提 示 し、 再 入 国 用 ED カードを 提 出 して 出 国 確 認 を受 ける 必 要 があります。 再 入 国 用 ED カードにみなし 再入 国 許 可 の 意 思 表 示 欄 が 設 けられていますので、みなし再 入 国 許 可 による 出 国 を 希 望 する 場 合 、 同 欄 にチェックをしてください。・みなし 再 入 国 許 可 により 出 国 した 場 合 、 有 効 期 間 を 海 外で 延 長 することはできません。 出 国 後 1 年 以 内 ( 在 留 期限 が 1 年 未 満 の 場 合 はその 在 留 期 限 まで)に 再 入 国 しないと 在 留 資 格 が 失 われることになります。5. Nagoya University ID and pass word arerequired.https://intl.ecis.nagoya-u.ac.jp/tokou/3) Print out the document and obtain the signature anda seal of your academic supervisor.4) Submit the document to the office of your school.■ Re-entry permissionYou are not required to apply for a re-entry permit, ifyou have a valid passport and a Residence Card and willbe re-entering Japan within one year of your departureto continue your activities (This is called a special reentrypermit).At departure, you are required to present your validpassport and your Residence Card to the immigrationofficer and submit the ED card. If you wish to re-enterJapan using the special re-entry permit, please be sureto put a tick on the appropriate check-box on the EDcard.When you leave Japan with a special re-entry permit,you cannot extend the effective period outside of Japan.If your period of stay expires within one year after your― 17 ―
