Therefore, if there are any importantdocuments that you want returned to you, pleasenotify the official when handing in your applicationdocuments.4 . 資 格 外 活 動 ―アルバイトについて「 留 学 」は 就 労 の 認 められない 在 留 資 格 です。 従 って、 留学 生 が 学 費 その 他 の 必 要 経 費 を 補 うためにアルバイトを 希望 するときは、 事 前 に 資 格 外 活 動 の 許 可 を 受 けなければいけません。この 許 可 を 受 けずにアルバイトをしたり、 許 可された 範 囲 を 超 えてアルバイトをすると 処 罰 の 対 象 になります。 場 合 によっては、 退 去 強 制 の 対 象 ともなりますので、十 分 注 意 してください。 留 学 生 にアルバイトが 許 可 される時 間 は、 1 週 28 時 間 以 内 です。ただし、 長 期 休 業 期 間 中 は1 日 8 時 間 以 内 のアルバイトをすることができます。尚 、 新 規 入 国 者 は 入 国 した 空 港 において、 資 格 外 活 動 許 可申 請 を 行 うことができます。 入 国 時 に 申 請 しなかった 場 合は、 以 下 の 申 請 書 類 を 揃 えた 上 で、 後 日 入 国 管 理 局 で 申 請してください。4. Application for a Part-time Work PermitIt is not permitted to work when on a “College Student”visa. International students who wish to work on a parttimebasis in order to supplement their academic feesand other essential expenses are required to apply for apart-time work permit. International students who workwithout a work permit and those who fail to follow theregulations pertaining to the permit will be fined, andin some cases, subjected to forced deportation. Pleasebe extra careful. The maximum hours of work a studentcan undertake, where permission has been granted,are limited to 28 hours per week. However, duringlong holidays, all students with permits may work amaximum of 8 hours a day.Application for a part-time work permit can be doneat the port of entry (immigration section of the airportupon arrival).
