Ⅴ3 . 在 留 期 間 更 新留 学 生 ( 在 留 資 格 「 留 学 」を 有 する 者 )として 日 本 に 在 留を 許 可 される 期 間 は 4 年 3 ヶ 月 、 4 年 、 3 年 3ヶ 月 、 3 年 、2 年 3ヶ 月 、2 年 、1 年 3ヶ 月 、1 年 、6ヶ 月 、または3 ヶ 月 です。これは 大 学 で 許 可 された 在 学 期 間 と 異 なる 場合 があります。 在 留 期 間 を 超 えて 引 き 続 き 日 本 への 在 留 を希 望 する 場 合 には、 在 留 期 間 の 更 新 の 許 可 申 請 を 行 う 必 要があります。 更 新 の 許 可 申 請 手 続 きは、 在 留 期 間 の 満 了 日の 3 ヵ 月 前 からできますので、 早 目 に 名 古 屋 入 国 管 理 局 で次 の 書 類 を 提 出 して 行 ってください。〈 申 請 に 必 要 な 書 類 〉⑴ 在 留 期 間 更 新 許 可 申 請 書 ( 留 学 ) 1 通※ 用 紙 は 入 国 管 理 局 または 法 務 省 のホームページから 取得 できます。http://www.moj.go.jp/ または http://www.moj.go.jp/tetsuduki_shutsunyukoku.html⑵ 写 真 ( 縦 4 cm × 横 3 cm)1 葉※ 申 請 前 3 か 月 以 内 に 正 面 から 撮 影 された 無 帽 , 無 背 景で 鮮 明 なもの。※ 写 真 の 裏 面 に 申 請 人 の 氏 名 を 記 載 し, 申 請 書 の 写 真 欄に 貼 付 して 下 さい。3. Extension of Period of StayAs an international student with a “College Student”resident status, your initial period of stay in Japan willbe 4years and 3 months, 4 years, 3 years and 3 months,3 years, 2 years and 3 months, 2 years, 1 year and 3months, 1 year, 6months or 3 months. The initial periodof stay is decided regardless of your anticipated periodof study. Therefore, if you wish to remain in Japanafter the expiration of your initial period of stay, youmust apply for an extension at the Nagoya RegionalImmigration Bureau. Application for extension canbe done 3 months prior to the day of expiration, so besure to file for the application of extension as early aspossible so as to avoid any inconveniences.(1) Application form for extension of period ofstay (College Student)*Free copies of the form are available at the NagoyaRegional Immigration Bureau and can also bedownloaded from the Website of the Ministry ofJustice (http://www.moj.go.jp/).(2) 1 photo (4cm×3cm)*The photo should have been taken within 3 monthsof application, full face view directly facing thecamera, no hat, clear and without any backgroundimages.*Photo should have the person’s name on theback and be stuck to the designated part of theapplication form.Measurement in mm⑶ 有 効 な 旅 券 (パスポート) 及 び 在 留 カード⑷ 在 学 証 明 書 ( 在 学 期 間 の 明 記 されたもの) 及 び 成 績 証明 書 各 1 通※なお、 研 究 生 の 場 合 、 在 学 証 明 書 ( 在 学 期 間 の 明 記 されたもの)に 加 えて、 大 学 の 学 部 等 の 機 関 が 発 行 した研 究 内 容 についての 証 明 書 を 提 出 する。( 教 員 個 人 の名 義 で 発 行 されたものを 除 く)。※ 申 請 人 が 留 年 している 場 合 には、 留 年 の 理 由 を 具 体 的に 明 らかにした 文 書 。⑸ 手 数 料 4,000 円 の 収 入 印 紙 ( 入 国 管 理 局 で 販 売 )⑹ 申 請 人 の 日 本 在 留 中 の 経 費 支 弁 能 力 を 証 する 文 書 適 宜※ 経 費 支 弁 能 力 に 関 係 する 下 記 の 資 料 の 提 出 を 求 められる 場 合 があります。・ 奨 学 金 の 給 付 に 関 する 証 明 書・ 本 人 名 義 の 預 金 残 高 証 明 書 または 預 金 通 帳 の 写 し(3) Valid Passport and Residence Card(4) Certificate of university enrollment (showingexpected period of study) and Official academictranscriptNote1: In case of research students, in additionto the certificate of university enrollment,you will need an official document fromyour School outlining your research, andindicating the hours spent on the research.Please note that a written statement fromyour academic advisor is inadequate.Note2: If the applicant has failed to graduate― 14 ―
