Consultant will set up and maintain a project File Transfer Protocol (.ftp) site forproject file transfers between the study team members.Monthly Reports/Invoices – The Consultant will provide monthly progress reports,submit monthly invoices with Earned Value graphs, and provide oversight to ensure alldeliverables are in compliance with this Scope of Work.Project Schedule – The Consultant shall prepare, submit, and maintain an updatedproject work schedule in Gantt Chart (bar chart) form. The schedule shall identify keymeeting, delivery, and review times. Each review time shall be shown as 21 days unlessotherwise advised by the MCDOT Project Manager. The Consultant shall update theproject schedule as necessary for it to accurately represent project progress and torealistically forecast scheduled submittals.5.2. Corridor Study ScheduleThe study schedule will be developed, and finalized upon notice to proceed, by theMCDOT Project Manager in consultation with the Consultant. Consultant shallprovide updates to schedule as changes occur.5.3. DocumentationStudy Products – See below5.3.1 Technical MemorandaAll reports and memoranda will include standard report covers developed by theConsultant and will be consistent for all documents. Draft technical memorandawill be provided in pdf format for review on the project ftp site. A WordDocument, digital version, will be provided to the MCDOT Project Manager. TheConsultant shall prepare and submit the following Draft and Final TechnicalMemoranda and meeting documentation:• Work Plan• Technical Memorandum #1 Existing and Future Corridor Features,• Technical Memorandum #2 Environmental Overview,• Technical Memorandum #3 Conceptual Drainage Report,• Technical Memorandum #4 Candidate Alignments and Evaluation,• Technical Memorandum #5 Preferred Alignment,• Technical Memorandum #6 – Public and Stakeholder Participation,• Summary of field reviews/meetings.The Consultant will submit Tech Memos in the following manner:• Draft Technical Memoranda: Upload to the ftp site• Final Technical Memoranda: Two copies, spiral bound, sealed5.3.2 Draft Final and Final Report Format
