Memberspresent were: Mike Teigland, Indianola; Susan Stogdill, Malvern; Todd Lettow, Hampton; Mark Lehmann,Waverly; Brian Ney, Cresco; and Leon Kuehner, Hampton. Also in attendance was Alan Greiner, ExecutiveDirector, who served as the recording secretary. President Kuehner chaired the meeting.MMS (Teigland/Ney) to approve the minutes of the April 22, <strong>2009</strong> meeting as printed and distributed.PASSEDMMS (Lehmann/Stodgill) to approve the financial bills as submitted. PASSEDDirector Greiner presented the Year End Summary, highlighting each of the festivals of 2008-<strong>2009</strong> and presentedan overview of the financial position of the Association with long range goals in mind.<strong>The</strong> director presented a detailed budget proposal for the <strong>2009</strong>-2010 fiscal year that featured registrationamounts, secretarial-custodial allowances, gate charges, awards and memorabilia prices. Increases in amountswere denoted in bold print.MMS(Lehmann/Lettow) to approve the budget as amended.
