Memberspresent were: Mike Teigland, Indianola; Susan Stogdill, Malvern; Todd Lettow, Hampton; Mark Lehmann,Waverly; Brian Ney, Cresco; and Leon Kuehner, Hampton. Also in attendance was Alan Greiner, ExecutiveDirector, who served as the recording secretary. President Kuehner chaired the meeting.MMS (Teigland/Ney) to approve the minutes of the April 22, 2009 meeting as printed and distributed.PASSEDMMS (Lehmann/Stodgill) to approve the financial bills as submitted. PASSEDDirector Greiner presented the Year End Summary, highlighting each of the festivals of 2008-2009 and presentedan overview of the financial position of the Association with long range goals in mind.The director presented a detailed budget proposal for the 2009-2010 fiscal year that featured registrationamounts, secretarial-custodial allowances, gate charges, awards and memorabilia prices.
