<strong>Recruitment</strong> <strong>Consultant</strong> <strong>Job</strong> <strong>Description</strong>The main responsibilities will include• building relationships with clients;• developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their workculture and environment;• advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g.,newspapers, websites, magazines;• using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidatesand employers;• headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;• using candidate databases to find the right person for the client’s vacancy;• receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates;• requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to theclient;• briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;• preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;We are looking for candidates with:• Previous sales experience - We want the candidates that smash their targets and are at the top of anysales leader boards• High Achievers - We like people that "go the extra mile" and are naturally determined in their everydaylife such as someone that has excelled in a sport, hobby or music.• Entrepreneurial mind set. We want you to progress quickly within the organization. For this you aregoing to have to OWN your desk and have a natural flair for spotting business opportunities.• We are looking for candidates who communicate brilliantly, are memorable and are polished face-toface.• Good academic background (Ideally educated to degree-level.
