The affected party shall use all possible diligence toremove the Force Majeure as quickly as possible. In the event the <strong>contract</strong>or is unable to carry out itsobligations under this provision, the MILGP COLOMBIA may upon thirty- (30) days written notice cancelthis <strong>contract</strong> in whole or in part without any obligations or liability of the MILGP COLOMBIA.Part 10: SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.10.1 General: All documents and deliverables described herein and amendments or modificationsthereto shall be submitted in a professional manner and on the prime <strong>contract</strong>or’s letterhead10.2 Reporting Requirements.10.2.1 Monthly Activity Reports: Monthly activity reports must be submitted to the COR with themonthly invoice. Reports must be submitted on the prime <strong>contract</strong>or's letterhead.10.2.2 Other Reporting Requirements: In addition to the Monthly Progress Reports required inParagraph 2.3, the <strong>contract</strong>or shall provide the following:10.2.2.1 The <strong>contract</strong>or shall in<strong>for</strong>m the COR in writing, of the actual task starting date, on or be<strong>for</strong>e thestarting date.10.2.2.2 The <strong>contract</strong>or shall bring problems or potential problems affecting per<strong>for</strong>mance to the attention
