TOTAL CONTROL FROMFIELD TO FEEDER HOUSEThe clean integrated combinemounting bypasses thecomplexity of hydraulic pumps,motors and hosesOne of the main ineffi ciencies in combine headers is the points in which the crop is not being controlledby the header. Gaps between the cutter bar, reel, auger and feeder house are all opportunities forcrop to slide, spill and bunch. The DynaFlex system works by reducing these gaps and applying activecontrol of the crop between transitions.The design of the DynaFlex dramatically reduces the space between the cutter bar and the movement ofthe crop towards the center of the header. This reduced space keeps the reel engaged and controllingthe crop across the cutter bar and onto the draper. The drapers convey the crop to the center draperwhere the center feed auger reaches over the center draper and actively pulls the crop into the feederhouse. With the crop carefully cut and conveyed, grains enter the feeder house heads fi rst for moreeffective feeding. Because the DynaFlex does not require an adaptor, the space between header andfeeder house is reduced further creating a smooth transition.
