Not initiate any legal action pertaining to any account without the prior writtenpermission of the SAHA.Not initiate any contact with any credit reporting agency pertaining to any accountwithout the prior written permission of the SAHA.Ensure that all records pertaining to any current or past accounts assigned isimmediately, upon request, available for audit by the SAHA or its authorizedrepresentative.At all times when addressing the assigned accounts, the collection efforts shall beconducted in a legal manner.Commissions: Typically (though not always), cases for collection will only assigned tothe successful proposer after the SAHA has, for some time, attempted to collect thedelinquent monies. <strong>For</strong> such cases, the SAHA will then cease its efforts to collect thedelinquent payments and will assign the case to the successful proposer for an initialminimum period of 90-days. Once such a case has been assigned to the successfulproposer, if the delinquent party pays directly to the SAHA in response to the SAHA'sprevious attempts to collect, the delinquent monies, the SAHA shall not be responsibleto pay to the successful proposer a commission on such cases, but will pay to thesuccessful proposer an administrative fee for the successful proposer to return the case(this administrative fee is one of the proposed fees that must be submitted by theproposer). If the delinquent party pays directly to the successful proposer rather than tothe SAHA, all agreed upon commissions will be in effect.
