WEDDING ALBUM RULES/ENTRY FORM - PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY
This competition is separate from the usual four-image entry. The Wedding Album Class has its own award and
is not included in the eligibility for the Photographer of the Year award. You can enter only a digital version.
Judges will be viewing two album pages at a time (the same way as for a conventional hard copy album). Each
two pages of the album must be a single horizontal JPEG file, 2560x1440 pixels in Adobe RGB (1998) saved in
jpg 8 compression. Each file must be named with two digits in the order of presentation in the album: eg 01.jpg,
02.jpg, 03.jpg, etc. These must be received by aboutface@wlake.com by midnight PST, January 25, 2013.
Do NOT leave this to the last minute in order to avoid any server issues.
All other regulations re eligibility, shipping, closing date, identification, etc. refer equally to both image and
album competition.
Read entry forms and rules carefully. Entries not conforming to the rules will not be judged. Final Deadline for

me to create any image in which that individual, their relatives, friends or associates may appear; or from any model(s) or individual(s)
whom I have requested be photographed or have taken it upon myself to photograph and who may appear in any image entered in the
PPABC/PPOC-BC Image Salon. I save harmless PPABC/PPOC-BC, its Executive Directors, Directors, Employees, Image Salon Committee
members and members at large, their heirs, executors, successors and assigns from any legal action taken due to failure on my part to
obtain a properly executed model release. I agree to abide by the regulations of PPABC/PPOC-BC and the Image Salon Committee.
PPABC/PPOC-BC and the Image Salon Committee assume no responsibility for loss of or damage to my images while in transit, in its
custody or on exhibition.
