Certification and Agreement: Classes 1-23: This is to certify that I have created, composed and made the original exposures and that the
processing, enhancement and any special effects were done by me or under my direction. I understand that failure to abide by this rule
will result in the disqualification of my entire entry. Classes 19: I further certify that the Manipulation was done by me, including any
effects produced through use of computer enhancement or manipulation. I further certify that I have obtained a signed release from the
individual who contracted me to create any image in which that individual, their relatives, friends or associates may appear; or from any
model(s) or individual(s) whom I have requested be photographed or have taken it upon myself to photograph and who may appear in any
image entered in the PPABC/PPOC-BC Image Salon. I save harmless PPABC/PPOC-BC, its Executive Directors, Directors, Employees,
Image Salon Committee members and members at large, their heirs, executors, successors and assigns from any legal action taken due
to failure on my part to obtain a properly executed model release. I agree to abide by the regulations of PPABC/PPOC-BC and the Image
Salon Committee. PPABC/PPOC-BC and the Image Salon Committee assume no responsibility for loss of or damage to my images while
in transit, in its custody or on exhibition.
