SpraCoupe Replacement Pump
Ace's new replacement pump is a direct
replacement for the Hypro pumps on Spray
Coupe models 3430, 3440, 3630, 3640,
4440, and 4640.
Features:
• Suction 1-1/2" Discharge 1-1/4"
• Clockwise rotation when facing pulley end
• Chemical resistant Valox impeller
• 3/4" Diameter stainless steel shaft
• Standard Viton seal
• Heavy-duty DC 12-volt magnetic clutch
transmits up to 44 HP at 4000 RPM
Feature Comparisons:
• Pump Bearings are 204 Heavy-duty compared to 202
• Pump Shaft is 3/4" compared to 5/8"
• Clutch rating is 58 ft lbs. compared to 30 ft lbs.

High Performance PTO
Belt Driven Pumps
The 150 Series pumps are designed
with an increased pulley ratio and
larger inlet and discharge port (1-
1/2" x 1-1/4"). This provides higher
pressure and greater volume for
applications with large spray tanks
and long spray booms. The
increased performance allows the
operator to save fuel by running at
lower engine speeds and still maintain
adequate spraying pressure.
Standard pumps have Viton seal and
Valox impeller-cast iron impeller
pumps are also available.
Notes: To avoid possible problems, make certain that all sprayer components
are capable of handling the increased performance characteristics
of the 150 Series Pump. 1-1/2" Suction, 1-1/4" Discharge.
