AA144P DirectoValve ® Control Valve
The AA144P high-pressure solenoid-operated
DirectoValve was specifically designed to provide a
remote on/off boom control for agricultural and turf sprayers. It
is powered by the rigs 12-volt DC electrical system and is direct
acting with large internal flow chambers, thereby making it suitable
for wettable powder applications. The unit is compatible
with the spraying systems sprayer controls.
Features Include:
• Operating pressure range 0 to 100 PSI
• Two 3/4" FNPT inlet connections to provide continuous bypass flow
• 1/2" FNPT outlet to spray line
• Large flow capacities - only 5 PSI pressure drop with 10 GPM flow
• Mounting slot for 6mm hex bolt (bolt not included)
• Nylon encapsulated 12 VDC coil with recessed 1/4" quick connect terminals
power requirement 2.5 amp
• Excellent corrosion resistance
• Polypropylene valve body
• Internal metal parts are stainless steel
• Chemical resistant Viton seat washer and diaphragms
• Solenoid requires no adjustment

AA144P 3-Way DirectoValve
AA144P-1-3 DirectoValve Metered Bypass Solenoid
Control Valve. The 144P-1-3 three-way solenoid-operated
DirectoValve control valve was specifically designed to provide
bypass control in spraying applications. When used
with part number 23520-PP throttling valve or a CP4916
metering orifice plate in the bypass line, it can provide for a
constant pressure spray system.
• For pressure to 65 PSI (4.5 bar)
• 5 PSI (0.34 bar) pressure drop with 8 GPM (30 l/min) flow
• Fabric reinforced Viton diaphragms
• Nylon encapsulated 12 VCD coil with 1.4 Quick Connect terminals
• Power requirement 2.5 amp
• Glass-filled polypropylene (black) valve body
• Internal metal parts are stainless steel
• No stroke adjustment needed
• Corrosion-resistant, 430SS solenoid grade armature and armature
stop

AA144A DirectoValve
Designed to provide remote on/off
boom control, this 12V direct-acting
valve has large internal flow chambers
to reduce clogging. A
polypropylene body with stainless
steel wetted parts provides excellent
corrosion resistance. Coil can be
changed without removing valve from manifold. Valves are equipped
with either EPDM or Viton diaphragms and seat washers.
