CCS100 Thermal Transfer Unit
Converts anhydrous vapor to liquid for control and accurate application purposes. It installs easily in the NH3 line, without
welding or seals. Requires minimal maintenance and cleaning even with stabilized nitrogen. This liquid-to-liquid
exchanger requires no vapor lines to the knives. Application rates over 4200 lbs. per hour may require two Thermal
Transfer Units.

CCS100 Control Valve
Features a new stainless
steel ball valve. Provides high-speed response as
ground speed changes (full open to full close in
less than two seconds). May be used with liquids,
slurries, NH3 or stabilized N. Provides full, no-leak shut off. A hydraulic
control and driver can be used to regulate hydraulic motor speed.

A powerful minicomputer
that compares ground
speed and application rate and regulates
the control valve to maintain a
constant rate. This pressure-based
system ensures proper spray pattern. Provides a dual digital readout of
pressure and pressure per acre (flow rate and lbs. per acre for NH3 and
stabilized N application). Features a non-volatile memory so constants
will remain stored without power. Provides a plugged nozzle indicator
when the optional flow meter is added. A convenient remote system
control modules mounts in any convenient location.
