CCS100 Custom Control System Liquid Kit
To determine which kit is right for your application rate, use
the following formula:
• GPA x MPH x W (ft.) x .00202 = GPM
• (20) x (7) x (32) x .00202 = 9.05 GPM
• In this example, a flow of 9.05 GPM shows that a 20 GPM
system is adequate
Note: Maximum pressure for these systems is 100 PSI.

• *APR x MPH x W (ft.) x .1212 = Flow Rate in lbs./hr.
• (149) x (5) x (32) x .1212 = 2,889 lbs./hr.
• In this example, our 2,889 lbs./hr rate is well within a system
range of 4200 lbs./hr.
• *APR = application rate in pounds of NH3 per acre
