Air Box 97-98
The air box is located in front of the foammarker tank. It houses most
of the air operated functions.

Airbox 99 and Newer
The airbox houses most of the air
operated functions. It is located in
front of the foam marker tank.

Raven Servo Valve
The Raven servo valve has 2" NPT inlet and outlet. This valve is used
on 1999 and 2000 machines. A Mid Tech valve was also used for a period
of time.

Safi Servo Valve
The Safi valve was first used in
2001. This valve takes 6.8 seconds
open to close. The butterfly valve is
a 3" Bray valve. The valve shaft can
be turned freely when disengaged
from the actuator. The AG523748
Safi Valve has now been replaced
by the AG132624 valve. The actuator
is also different on this while the
valve only is the same.

Flowmeter 5V 410 Cal
This Raven flowmeter has a round 3
pin connector, poly housing. It will
handle 15-200 gpm and is rated to
90 PSI. The flowmeter has three
inch inlets and outlets. This flowmeter
was used on 1998 and 1999
machines.

Flowmeter 12V 410 Cal
This flowmeter has a triangle shaped connector end. This flowmeter
was used mostly with Falcon Controllers. Meets ANSI/ASAE EP455
specs. The flowmeter has Flanged/FNPT ends on the housing, 15-200
gpm rated at 90 PSI, and has a poly housing. This flowmeter was first
used on 2000 machines.

Flowmeter 164 Cal
These Raven flowmeters use a Cal # of
164. They are available in either cast iron
or poly. 15-200 gpm rated at 90psi.
These flowmeters were primarily used on
TerraGators prior to 1998.
