Delavan ® 1/4" Raindrop ® Nozzles
This is a wide-angle (120°), hollow-cone, drift-reduction nozzle.
Replaces conventional flooding nozzles in broadcast applications.

Delavan 3/4" Raindrop Nozzles
This is a wide-angle (140°), hollow-cone, drift-reduction nozzle. Replaces conventional
flooding nozzles in high-volume, high-speed broadcast applications with
flotation or truck-mounted equipment.
Features:
• Color-coding of the popular sizes makes it easy to match nozzle flow rates for
easy identification; Made of color-coded Zytel ® nylon; Body is color-coded; cap
will be black; Other sizes will be all black
• Reduces drastically the amount of driftable spray particles or "fines" (droplets
under 100 micrometers)
• Uniform spray distribution
• A large orifice opening and passages minimize clogging
Delavan ® RA Nozzles
The Raindrop nozzle's patented design element, a secondary swirl chamber in
the nozzle cap, alters the swirling action of the liquid so that fewer driftable
"fines" are discharged from the secondary orifice.
Zytel is a registered trademark of E.I. duPont de Nemours, Inc. Specific gravity
and viscosity of solution may affect the flow of R.A. Raindrop nozzle somewhat
differently than flood nozzles. Therefore, we recommend using the flow rate
(GPA) of the nozzle based on water as the base calibration point.
Notes: Maximum recommended pressure, nylon: 100 PSIG (700 kPa).
Maximum recommended temperature 120° F (50° C). It is not recommended to
space nozzles wider than 60 inches.
